Windows 10: This popped up out of nowhere

Hello all, my first time posting a question here. Today, I was installing the Launcher from Epic Games, and noticed they take up quite a lot of space 300-500mb for an installer. I do not remember Steam taking up that much space, but I may be wrong. However, what was weird is that when I was navigating in file explorer, this is the first time I see this pop up here I attached the image below. I have been using my computer for awhile and have never seen it there. I am not sure if it's something I should be worried about because it happened right after I installed Epic Games Launcher. And was also suspicious more surprised actually that the installer itself takes up so much space. Is this supposed to be here, or is it something I have to be worried about.

  Click on settings.
  
• 
  Click on View Advanced Settings.

  There you will be able to manage Pop ups.
  
• 
  If you don’t want then you will be able to turn on/off.

annoying desktop pop ups

Hi Sheena,

Pop ups can be distracting for some, and depending on your reference, you can disable the desktop pop ups by following these steps:

• Click Start or the Windows logo and go to Settings (gear icon).
• Go to System and choose Notification & actions.
• Under Notifications, turn off Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows or whatever you want to turn off.
• Close the window and it will automatically save the changes.
