Windows 10: This Site can't be reached, caused by malware

Ok, so first thing, I wanna make this clear that, I already removed the malware. Now, that malware blocks all antivirus websites like https://www.avira.com/ , https://www.kaspersky.com/ , https://www.malwarebytes.com/ Now I can't go to that websites even tho I already deleted and quaratine the malware.

McAffee and Emsisoft Anti Malware

I personally use Emsisoft Anti-Malware and IMO it is far better than McAfee...

If you decide to use Emsisoft, please make sure to fully uninstall McAfee with the help of their specific removal tool from this List
of anti-malware product removal tools before you install Emsisoft.

Ransome malware "Files are locked.txt"

I think that's a ransomware called PClock...
