  3. Recent Week of September 25, 2017 Windows 10 update has made computer almost unuseable

Blocked on every avenue I take. Even my first response to this message got this:

DM3NAM06FT014.mail.protection.outlook.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:

Microsoft Community (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

Your message was rejected by the recipient's domain because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or
    more of the following:

    • Send the message again - delete and retype the address before resending. If your email program automatically suggests an address to use, don't select it - type the complete email address.
    • Clear the recipient Auto-Complete List in your email program by following the steps in

      this article
      . Then resend the message.

But, yes, I was trying to run ESET SYSRESCUE. Fails. Cannot create a bootable USB on this Surface Pro. Will not boot from the USB. I had to use other computer to create the USE and it boots on that machine. But will not boot on this machine eve after
disabling Secure Boot. I now have 6 USB drives, D:, E:, F:, G:, H:, and I: showing on this machine.

I tried to create a new bootable Windows 10 bootable USB on this machine but error message. Tried to create a bootable USB on my other computer and fail with some lame useless error message.

Totally blocked, two computers now unusable....
