Windows 10: Threats not found

Discus and support Threats not found in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I've gotten this notification multiple times telling me the Microsoft Defender found a virus on my computer, but when I click "Get details" I am told...     I've gotten this notification multiple times telling me the Microsoft Defender found a virus on my computer, but when I click "Get details" I am told that there are no threats, does my computer have a virus?
