Windows 10: Three Monitor/Display Issue

I hooked up a 3rd monitor and would like the arrangement to be #3 up top, #1 bottom left, and #2 bottom right. When I arrange the monitors in this layout under display options then click “apply” the arrangement reverts back to #1, #3, and #2 from left to right all on the same level.

-My GPU is a Radeon RX-570 -all three displays are plugged into the Radeon Rx-570 -#1 and #2 are using display ports -#3 is using the dvi port

Am I missing something?

1. Have you made any changes on your computer?
2. What is the make and model number of your computer?
3. Are the three monitors configured with different resolutions?

If the monitors are configured with different resolutions, please check if the issue persists when you use the same resolution and refresh rate settings on all the monitors.

We can try and perform few steps and see if it helps.

Method 1:
Update Display Drivers.

I would suggest you to update the Display Drivers from Device Manager. You can refer the Microsoft

Update drivers in Windows 10

Method 2: Enable taskbar on all displays to check if the issue persists.

1. Press Windows + I on your keyboard.
   
2. Select Personalization in the Settings.
   
3. Select Taskbar and scroll down to
   Multiple displays.
   
4. Toggle Show taskbar on all displays.

MS Office and Skype scaling issue with display monitors

The scaling issues with your display monitor can be caused by an outdated operating system. To further isolate the concern, we suggest that you check for the latest update for Windows by following these steps:

• Click on Start or the Windows Logo on your taskbar.
• Select Settings or the gear icon and click Updates & security.
• Click on Check for updates.

If any updates are found, install it and wait for Windows to complete the update and then restart the device.

No display on monitor when TV set as primary display

Issue solved

Removed DVI/HDMI cable from computer and monitor

Step 1: Check if the VGA monitor cable is defective.

1. Turn off computer
   
2. Connect the monitor VGA cable from the monitor to the VGA port on the computer
   
3. Turn on computer, VGA monitor cable is good.
   
   Step 2: Tun off computer
   

1. Connect HDMI Cable to HDMI port and TV
   
2. Turn on computer and TV, there is no monitor black screen
   
3. Click on the Windows logo, select the Settings icon , and then select
   
   System. Under Display there are two squares, labeled 1 and 2
   
   D Click on Advanced Display Settings:
   
   Display information: Display 1- Monitor Display 2 -TV
   
   E Right-click the Speakers icon in
   the taskbar, select Sound, click on Playback devices,
   
   
   a s tv screen with my brand shows
   AMD High Definition Audio Device ready.
   
   F. Problem solved
   
   
   
   Cause of the problem: Defective VGA port on the Syba VGA HD15+ 3.5 Audio to HDMI converter
