Windows 10: thumbnail pictures rotate wrong side

I dont know why my thumbnail pictures is just rotate wrong side from portrait to landscape. when i open it, it auto correct, except thumbnail is wrong, very annoying

Windows 7 wrong thumbnail picture

Try control panel / system / advanced system settings.

On the box that comes up click advanced tab and where it says performance click the settings button.

Have a look in the list to see if any visual setting has disabled itself, I'm sure there is settings for thumbnails.

Apart from that no idea atm.

 

Windows 10 Picture Files not updating thumbnails

Hi,

I realize that the picture files are not updating thumbnails. I will try to help you with this issue.

Suggest you to perform “Disk Cleanup”, cleaning up the temporary internet files, thumbnail, cookies and temp files, so as to check the thumbnail view of the photo is updated by cleaning up your temporary data.

Further, if the issue persists then you can also follow these steps:

• 
  Right click in the Folder that contains the images.
  
• 
  Select View.
  
• 
  Note the current icon size, and change it to another size (ie: "Medium-Icons" to "Large-Icons", then back to "Medium-Icons").
  
• 
  This causes the icons to be resized and their cache updated.

Wrong thumbnails for videos in Picture hub

Hi All

I have recently upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 (Lumia Cyan) in my Lumia 720.

After updating, I found out a small error, some of the videos that appear in Pictures Hub (either in 'all' or 'Camera Roll') have got a wrong thumbnail on them.

A different video's thumbnail is being displayed for some videos.

I don't know whether this a bug or a temporary system error.

I restarted 2,3 times , but that error has not been resolved..

Any ideas ? suggestions ?
