    Hi guys,I need some advice regarding file named thunderbird.exe, i dont have any mozilla sofware but my laptop have thunderbird.exe. I only have outlook application. my antivirus detect some components called lib30cm.dll to run thunderbird.exe as a virus. what should I do, this thunderbird run on startup, should I disable it? or is it run under outlook application for maintenance?

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, perform the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Temporary disable software that could be blocking Thunderbird's functionality. (e.g. Antivirus software)
    • If the issue still persists, perform a clean boot to identify what software is hindering Thunderbird. Click on this
