Windows 10: Tienda de Microsoft App

Estoy teniendo dificultades para ingresar a la Tienda de Microsoft. Aparece un mensaje: "Lo sentimos ocurrio algo, error desconocido".

1. Did you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?

2. Have you installed all pending updates?

3. Are you using a Microsoft account or local account?

4. Is the issue with only with photo app?

As per the description, I understand that you’re not able to launch Photo App on Windows 10. I will certainly help you with the issue.

Sign out from the current user account, restart the system and login to the Microsoft account and check the status. If the issue persists then go with the troubleshooter and other steps.


I would suggest you to follow the steps as mentioned below:

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps

Step 2: I would suggest you to reset Windows store.

1. Right click on start and select ‘RUN’.

2. In the Run window, type wsreset.exe and click “Ok”.

Microsoft Phot App

Hi PaBluOz,

Since the language on your PC is already set to Australian English, then I suggest that you reset your Microsoft Photos app. Note that the app's data will be deleted once you reset it.

To reset the Photos app, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
2. Locate and select Photos from the list of apps.
3. Click Advanced options, then click Reset.

If you continue to have this issue even after performing the above steps, please reply to this thread. The system will notify me so I can get back to you and provide you more answers.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
