I tried your suggestions, but when I got to the 'Apps & Features' list, none of my tiles were listed.

Live tiles not working Windows 10

I am running the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. The steps below may work for other builds as well:

Another thing to try:

• Type Apps and Features in the Cortana Search Box.
• Select that from the list.
• Scroll down to the first tile that is not working.
• Select "Advanced Options."
• Select "Reset."
• Wait for the tile to reset/repair itself.
• Close out of that Window.
• Now try to launch the repaired tile and see if it works.
• Repeat the above process for each tile that does not work.
• Note you may have to wait for a minute or so for the tile(s) to start working again.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
