    So I bought the HP Pavilion, and the time is just fucked up. I am certain I selected the correct time zone, but the time is wrong. I've tried to just manually set the time, but whenever I shut the laptop down and turn it on again, the time would refuck itself. I've even tried going run the services.msc and tried to change settings for Windows Time. After a few restarts of Windows Time, the time would fix itself, but after shutting the laptop down and restarting it, the time fucks itself again. Please help... I've searched everywhere.

    Correct Time Zone and Daylight Savings is on but time displayed is wrong

    My wife's computer is set to the same time zone and daylight savings time as my computer. Her computer displays the correct time and mine is off by one hour. We both have windows 10. Why is my computer not displaying the correct time? And how can this
    be corrected?

    Time zone is correct, but Time is wrong

    The automatic time zone in Vilnius, Lithuania is UTC +3 hrs. This is accurate during daylight savings time. However, the time displayed on the clock is wrong. Interestingly, Windows is not the only source that gets this wrong.

    The website Time Difference lists the time as 4:00 while the website

    Time and Date     shows 11:00. Windows is displaying the same time as the Time Difference website, and so is presumably getting their info from the same source. I took a screen shot to show the two sites side by side, and the Windows clock as well.

    Microsoft, you may want to look into where the time and date info is coming from.

    Yesterday I installed Windows 10 Professional on my Acer Aspire V5-573G laptop. I installed the English (US) version even though I live in the Netherlands. When I corrected the time I have set it to the correct timezone (see screenshot) but it has the wrong time connected to it. As seen on the screenshot the time displayed is 21:49 even though when I took it, it was actually 13:49. Off course I could manually change the time, but I was wondering if maybe this is part of some bigger problem and if there is a better way to fix it. Hope someone can help me Time displayed is wrong even though time zone is correct. :)!
