Time format incorrect on lock screen after restart

I sign in with my MS account (administrator) and after signing in and using win+l the time format is correct hh:mm (24hr) but after each restart the time format reverts to h:m (12hr). This after successfully upgrading from 8.1 pro 64bit to 10. What am I missing? Thanks

    :)

  2. Lock Screen not responding

    Original Title: Lock screen

    Hi ,

I upgrade my laptop from windows 8.1 to 10 by using media creation tool. Reason for using media creation tool was even after getting the notification windows 10 upgrade I was not able to do upgrade. The only problem I face now is my lock screen not responding.
The there is no notification on lock screen and time format is in 24 hrs, were my laptop time format is 12 hrs. But if I lock my laptop the lock screen is responding and showing the notification and correct time format. If restart or logout the lock screen
    not responding.

    pls help me

    Lock Screen Date Format Incorrect

The date format on the Windows Phone 8 lock screen does not match the regional format in Settings -> language+region.

I have the following regional settings set:

    Phone language: English

    Country/Region: Australia

    Regional format: Australia

Regional format example (Date): Tuesday, 3 June 2014

    However, the lock screen displays:

    Tuesday

    June 3

How can I make the lock screen show Day Month rather than Month Day?
