Windows 10: Time to renew your subscription error

    Time to renew your subscription error


    I had a month trial of Office 365 which renewed for 1 year on 28 March 2020. I have checked my account and it has definitely renewed for a one year period.


    However, when I go on to Excel, Word etc the software advises me, 'Subscription cancelled on 14 June 2020, most features of Excel will be disabled'.


    There is a Reactivate bar. When I click on this I get a dialogue box which says 'Time to renew your subscription' and that my current subscription has expired. I am offered the options to Renew Office or Use a different account. When I select Renew Office I am taken to an option to buy Office 365 again!


    Can someone from Office Support please help me with this as soon as possible please?
