Windows 10: Tiny screen on startup/login, cannot read anything

Every so often, when Windows starts, I get the regular sign in screen, followed by the following as Windows is "getting ready."

Usually, only buttons are visible, like "OK" or "No Thanks", along with little gray rectangles that apparently can be anything from accessibility options bottom left or scroll bar arrows, which sometimes allow me to see a tiny sliver of whatever content is supposed to be getting displayed.

As far as I can tell, these prompts are usually along the lines of "Accept our new terms and conditions" or "Change your privacy options," but because this is broken, I can't see what I'm saying yes or no to. I cannot skip this, so I generally have to guess as to what this might be, and try not to accept whatever is being requested before I can get into Windows.


Any idea how to rectify this?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
