Windows 10: tiworker.exe

So i discovered that process called "GamePanelkExternalHookscesrv.exe" takes almost 80% of cpu and ram, i suspended it with processhacker and i didnt know what to do next, i cant terminate it, and i didnt see any strange names in registry and startup. I was thinking that its some sort of update buth after 3 hours nothing chaged. My AV didnt recognize any malicious activity (Grizzly Pro antivirus) so i downloaded dr.web that didnt see viruses too, what it can be, and how to remove it?
