    jim. i almost fell in the floor laughing afterm i read your response to my problem. not laughing at YOU, but more like i really felt stupid , bc i have stardock. my father got it for me. And i was so bent out of shape that i didnt think about that on my own....ok thats a lie. you could have put a neon blinking sign in every room in my house blinking non stop for years with just the one word STARDOCK, and i still would have never figured it out. fthank you so much. oh and im sorry i had to thank you like this, but im blind and windows was not designed for the sightless. my jaws setup is ancien

    Hi Evan,

    Thank you for posting your response.

    As mentioned by Jim Wynne reinstalling Windows 10 is the only option as you have multiple issue and multiple solution has not worked. You may refer my post on May 10, 2016 or May 18, 2016 suggestion by Jim Wynne. Do let us know if you need further
