    So after the standalone update from the Catalog, it still tries to update and fails. How can I see the standalone really changed some files?
    It said the installation was successful.

    3 entries in Update history, all fail. Same update I installed standalone. (Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3213986))
