Windows 10: "Too many sign on attempts" message on startup

For 3 days I have been getting the below msg. when I turn on my desk top:


SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND WE CAN'T SIGN YOU IN RIGHT NOW. PLS TRY AGAIN LATER


MICROSOFT ACCT LOGIN SERVER HAS DETECTED TOO MANY REPEATED AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. PLS WAIT A MOMENT AND TRY AGAIN


Is someone trying to get into my system? How can we make this stop?

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

your likkely not going to , so, just deal with your end, and thats about it. Google doesnt log failed log in attempts, so there is no record of it, other than the message. its security worked, just take the steps and your done.

I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• In the lock screen, Press the Shift key and click on power icon.
• Click on Restart anyway.
• After the system goes to the recovery environment, click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup repair.
