Windows 10: Took apart computer, cleaned it, now monitors don't come on, keyboard

Did you by any chance cleaned CPU fan when it was sill connected to CPU fan header and let is spin fast due to air flow?
It's rare but i have heard that it may generate charge and burn out fan circuit.

Thank you very much for the question. Yes I did. I cleaned it and then re-connected to the motherboard. Unfortunately, the LED lights for the memory slot was still on. I did resolve the issue as I will explain in my final post. Thank you again for your help.

I would like to make a final update on this thread. There was a problem with the memory slot of the motherboard or something like that. I'm not sure what the exact cause was, but I ended up finding an upgraded version of this motherboard which is called the Asus P7P55D-E Deluxe on eBay. I tested it out and put everything together and my computer is working beautifully. I am using the same parts of my original computer except the new memory that I bought which are the Kingston hyperx.

It feels great and I am very relieved that I have my computer back. I thank you all for any of the help you have given. Have a great and wonderful day today.
