Windows 10: top of browser in windows is cut off and toolbar not showen anywhere

This is happening with ALL my browsers. Chrome, Firefox, Edge. It's also happening to my windows settings screens and Windows explorer. The toolbar is all so not being showen any where ? No matter what i try i can not find the toolbar or repair the browsers being cut off at the top . I'm running a fully updated version of 64 bit Windows 10 Pro.

I would like the Web bar that stays at the top of the screen gone. I can't see the top of my windows that I am working in, and this is hindering my work. Please tell me how to remove it. It is the bar at the top with the forward and backward arrows, the
home button, the browser button, the search bar and 3 other short cuts. It keeps causing unwanted windows to come up when I an trying to work, and it is becoming very troublesome. Please advise on how to remove this, or on how to revert back to the prior version
of windows.

 

Top page toolbars.

I want a top browser page toolbar on my browser pages that includes the tools icon and recognizes my Hp 8100 ep printer. Can't locate printing prompt anywhere on top page or side menu bar. Web bowser pages seem washed out looking compared to prior windows
editions. computer says it recognizes printer online but cannot find prompts. Favorites button feature very different from old editions and difficult to delete favorites.
