Windows 10: torrex pro

torrex just stopped working and repairing and resetting did nothing ,tried to uninstall and windows says I still have it ???

For your Mail settings with Thunderbird, we suggest you to get in touch with Thunderbird to get the correct information to set up your email. You can refer to this article:

There are several factors that could cause the issue. For us to know more about the issue, we would like to ask these following questions:

• How did you set up your Thunderbird account?
• Were there error messages when you set up Thunderbird on your PC?
• Were there error messages when you install Torrex and Torrex Pro?
• Are you getting the same error if you try it on a different device?

Thunderbird and Torrex won't work in Windows 10

Email programs won't work (specifically thunderbird, although I have tried others). When I try to set up thunderbird, it fails to connect to my email server. Also torrent programs won't work (specifically Torrex and Torrex Pro, although I have tried others).
I have reinstalled Windows 10 and that didn't help. Can anyone help?
