Windows 10: Toshiba Satellite C855 unable to complete Windows update Error message 0x80244018

I have Toshiba Satellite C855-C5254. It currently running Windows 10 Version 1809. Tried to update to Version 1903 multiple times but failed. The error message is: Windows could not configure one or more system components. To install Windows , restart the computer and then restart the installation Error 0x80244018. I have done this multiple times, but always came back tot he same message. Please let me know what I can do to complete my update. Thanks

Trying to install Windows Update 1803 on a Toshiba Satellite

I am trying to install the Windows Update 1803 on a Toshiba Satellite E45t-B4204. First it was erroring out with code Download Error 0x80244018, after restarting the computer it had taken 24 hours to process through, and now it appears to be stuck at
downloading 100% . what is going on? What are next steps? Do I continue to let it run or what? Very Frustrated here.
