Windows 10: Toshiba Satellite L775 Failing to Restart

Hello there,


I have a Toshiba Satellite L775 - 18E. I'm not sure how old it is but it is at least 8 years old. Ever since installing Windows 10 back almost 5 years ago, it has been struggling to restart. Because of this updates are sometimes failing to be installed. I have performed 2 factory resets over this period one after a few years of the problem and one more recently. This has not helped the issue and now the laptop is seriously struggling to even turn on.


I have been looking at things to try and fix this such as starting in safe mode, clean booting, factory resetting, etc. Nothing has worked simply because in all of these processes, it requires a restart... which it cannot perform. If you could help me out that would be great.

Toshiba Satellite L775-S7114 Bluetooth problem

I have a Toshiba Satellite L775-S7114 and recently I had to reinstall the OS from strach due to a crash and now that I have reinstalled it I noticed i had to reinstall all of the drivers and everyone of them works except the headphone bluetooth and i have
did everything i could do with the bluetooth driver and downloaded the offical software for it and it won't work still is there something that can be done to fix this it says it is installed but doesn't work at all if anyone has a solution that you think i
might have overlooked can you please tell me because of my audio port and built in speakers are broken and i need it for my chineese classes I am starting this week. Please and thank you.

Toshiba Satellite L775-S7248 keyboard not working correctly

I have a Toshiba Satellite L775-S7248 laptop which II just upgraded to Win 10 Pro from Win 8.1 Pro. Now certain keys [1,2,3,4,`,tab, and space bar], either work as if the function key is pressed or don't work at all. I have tried to download new keyboard
drivers from Toshiba but every time I try to install the function key driver(the only keyboard driver available), I get an error that says the system driver has to be installed first. It is already installed. In Device Manager, under Keyboard, there are two
drivers present: HID Keyboard Device, and Lenovo ThinkPad PS/2keyboard. I have uninstalled the drivers and rebooted but it reinstalls the same drivers and still does not work. Keyboard layout is English(US).
