Windows 10: Touch pad mouse crashes my laptop

I have Toshiba Satellite laptop since years with Windows 7 home basic installed, I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 so I downloaded it from the Microsoft official site.

Everything was good until I had to force restart it, after I restarted I touched the touch pad and the laptop crashed and showed the blue screen with ": Your device ran into a problem", I kept restarting until I had to reset it.

Now this happened again and I don't want to reset it.

Please help me!

disable mouse pad on windows 10


I have a Asus laptop computer, Mod. number X53E. I have tried everything suggested to disable my touch pad mouse but none of the suggestions have help me disable it. Help.

 

Mouse pad sometimes is multi touch???

My wife also has a Toshiba Notebook and gets frustrated by the Touch pad [not to be confused with a mouse pad] when typing so she keeps it turned off and uses a wireless mouse. Some Touch pads have a "gesture" feature using 2 fingers, especially those with the Touch Screen, similar to SmartPhones and Tablets.
