  3. TP-Link Model M7350 4G LTE-Advanced Mobile WiFi is not seen by Laptop

    Hi Folks,

Recently purchased a TP-Link Model M7350 4G 'Mi-Fi' and having charged up the battery and then installed a Data Sim from O2, and 'activated' the MiFi so it shows I am connected to the O2 Mobile Network .

When I boot up my Win10 HP Laptop and turn on the WiFi it doesn't see the TP-Link MiFi, while it finds every other WiFi signal in the area around me all of which are encrypted!

I think it must be a setting in the Laptop that is causing the 'problem' as the TP-Link is 'found' by my mobile phone, connects and works very well.

So has anyone else come across this 'problem' of getting a Mi-Fi to work with a Win10 Laptop and how did you resolve it please?

    TIA...

tp link m7350 impossible change the Wifi band to 5GhZ

    Cannot detect 5Ghz wifi

My Asus Zenbook UX305 used to be able to connect to 5Ghz wifi router but ever since the last security update from Windows 10. It no longer can detect 5Ghz wifi signal but only 2.4Ghz.

I have googled for the solution but none seems to be able to solve my problem. I am using TP-Link Archer C5 dualband wireless router. My Asus is using the built in Intel dual band wireless adaptor AC 7265.

I have tried many ways including changing the TP-Link channel from 36 to 40 then to 44 but my laptops still unable to detect the 5Ghz signal. I have also download Intel latest ProSet wireless driver but also failed to connect to 5GHz.

    Can anyone help me here.

    Thanks
