  1. TPM Enabled in BIOS, but Windows says ready to use only?

So, I have two laptops, an HP-15-bs0009nl and a Lenovo Yoga 510, both are modern laptops, With both equipped with TPM 2.0. HP one is AMD and the Lenovo one is Intel. But I can't use Windows Hello or install the Windows 11 Insider version. When I tried running tpm.msc, It says that I infact have TPM 2.0 but say ready for use. How to fix it??? How can I use TPM?? This problem is same for the both devices.Specs====Lenovo YOGA 510Intel core i3 6006U with Intel HD 520HP-15-bs0009nlAMD A9-9425 with AMD Radeon R5

Do I need to clean install Windows 10 after I enable TPM on BIOS?

    Enable TPM on BIOS

Just to enable it and have it function? No, just enable and reboot normally. Windows will take care of itself.

TPM Enabled in BIOS, but Windows says ready to use only?

    TPM not working

Needing usb with encryption key to boot, TPM 2.0 (AMD 3900x cpu with fTPM) not working with bitlocker (enabled on windows drive) even though it says, "The TPM is ready for use." in tpm.msc. Solution?

Only option available in tpm.msc is "Clear TPM", I tried that, then I got "New CPU installed, fTPM NV corrupted or fTPM NV structure changed" while booting and TPM was disabled; then cleared it in bios and everything was back to before. "Prepare the TPM..."
    is greyed out in tpm.msc.
