Windows 10: tpm issue during updation from 10 to 11 of window

Good Morning Sir i am not getting updated windows 11 from 10 because issue is TPM

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Windows 10 can't update to 11 due to 'insufficient' TPM

I have a HP laptop with windows 10 (original 2014) I'm trying to update to 11 but it says TPM isn't enough. I ran pc health and tried the solution but the option in the bios isn't there? Upon researching I found that windows integrated the older models and the TPM is good. I think I know why I can't find the solution due to win 10 integrating the TPM and not getting recognized by system for update. The build is version is good. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around the problem?
