Get $150 toward a Lumia 950 or 950 XL when you trade in your Lumia 920, 925, or 1020.

Valid from April 12, 2016 until June 30, 2016.  Available on Microsoft online store in the United States (including Puerto Rico) only and Canada. Exclusions may apply. To receive full store credit towards the purchase of a new Lumia 950 and 950XL, customer must trade-in qualifying Lumia 920, 925 or 1020 device,subject to these terms. To be eligible for trade-in, you must own the qualifying device, device must power on battery must hold charge and not be required to be plugged in to operate, and be in fully functional, working condition without broken/missing components, cracked display/housing, liquid damage, modification(s) or have device warranty seal broken to be considered working. Cannot be password protected, and include original chargers/accessories. Must contain hard drive. Any appraised value will be determined at trade-in and provided as a Microsoft online store redemption code and is valid online only. The online redemption code will be sent via email once CExchange receives and appraises your trade in. The redemption code will be valid until July 30, 2016. All trade-ins are subject to Microsoft’s discretion and approval. All trade-ins are final. Recycle for Rewards program provided by CExchange, LLC., and other terms and conditions may apply. Not valid on prior orders or purchases; cannot be transferred or otherwise redeemed for cash or gift cards. May not be combinable with other offers. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Lumia 1020 Windows 10 upgrade cancelled by Microsoft???

Unfortunately, the Windows Phone 10 update isn't available for Lumia 920, 925, or 1020.

However, if you still wish to get the Windows Phone 10 update, Microsoft is opening a Lumia Trade-In Program, where you can trade in your old device and get $150 toward a new Lumia 950 or 950 XL.

Credit for Lumia 920

I was reading today Lumia 920, 925 and 1020 owners can get credit toward buying a 950 or 950 XL and I was wondering why EU countries do not have this possibility. I have been using my 920 for
the past almost 4 years and I would like to change it...a 150$ discount in RO is quite appealing for a new 950 which I would buy instantly if I could trade in my 920...

Please let me know...
