  1. transfer of data to uhs

I have a new Windows 10. I barely understood how to survive on Windows 7. Now I am utterly confused. I need to give a talk next week with an accompaniment of many power point slides. On Windows 7 I figured out how to transfer them to a UHS chip. Now when I hit the "burn" button on Windows 10, my only option is to a CD or DVD. I don't want to use them. How can I get data on a UHS chip? Or can't I?

    Many thanks,

    Theodore Kenneth

ps: I am in my upper 80s and a confirmed Luddite so please be helpful but easy on me.

    :)

  2. High speed UHS-II SD cards

Does anyone know if UHS-II is enabled via USB 3 in Windows 10 ?

MY UHS-II cards transfer data at 150MBs (and worked under Windows 7) however, under Windows 10, data transfer locks up at about 20%. Slower speed cards (e.g. 30MBs) work fine via USB 3 and USB 2 ~ and the high speed cards work via USB 2 (at lower transfer
speeds). Maybe UHS-II isn't enabled yet for Windows 10 ~ one wonders why !?

  3. Nokia Lumia 620 and Class10 microSDHC UHS-I compatibility?

You have been advised already here is something that might open your eyes a bit.

    UHS Speed Class

    UHS-I symbol

The Ultra-High Speed (UHS) designation is available on some SDHC and SDXC cards.[44] The following ultra-high speeds are specified:

UHS-I cards, specified in SD Version 3.01,[41] support a clock frequency of 100 MHz (a quadrupling of the original "Default Speed"), which in four-bit transfer mode could transfer 50 MB/s. UHS-I cards declared as UHS104 also support a clock frequency of 208
MHz, which could transfer 104 MB/s. UHS-I is the only class for which products are currently available.[45]

Double data rate operation at 50 MHz (DDR50) is also specified in Version 3.01, and is mandatory for microSDHC and microSDXC cards labeled as UHS-I. In this mode, four bits are transferred when the clock signal rises and another four bits when it falls, transferring
an entire byte on each full clock cycle.

UHS-II cards, defined in Version 4.0, further raise the data transfer rate to a theoretical maximum of 312 MB/s.[46][47]

UHS memory cards work best with UHS host devices. The combination lets the user record HD resolution videos to tapeless camcorders while performing other functions. It is also suitable for real-time broadcasts and capturing large HD videos.

Cards that comply with UHS show UHS-I or UHS-II on the label, and report this capability to the host device. Use of UHS requires that the host device command the card to drop from 3.3-volt to 1.8-volt operation and select the 4-bit transfer mode

    Hi,

To better assist you, please answer the following questions:

    • What's the model of your old and new phone?
    • How did you transfer the data from old phone to your new one?
    • What type of data did you transfer?
    • Did you transfer the data directly to SD card or phone storage?

    Regards.
