Windows 10: transfer Photo Album to USB in Windows 10?

I do not see a way to just move a Windows 10 Photo Album to a USB. only see moving to one drive.

I recently upgraded from 8.1 to 10. When completed all my photo albums were listed with a date as title. All my original alpha titles are gone.

Update - issue resolved. Windows 10 created an app in the start menu that listed all photo files with a date as a title BUT if you check search files in the start menu you will find another file called pictures that lists all the photo files by original
alphabetical title. You can pin this to the start menu and you will have all your photos listed as they were in 8.1 before the transfer to Windows 10.

1. How, exactly do I do this? Clicked on the win 10 icon (bottom left) but the only search I see is the Cortana/web search. I typed the word pictures in there. It found several files but they seemed to be some kind of screen shots or something. I RC and
pinned them but couldn't find the pin.

2. Will it list my folders, sub-folders or just titled pictures.

I am so frustrated with the Win 10 photo app. I really need to back off, go back to viewing my photos in windows photo viewer/windows explorer until they get this app properly functioning.
