Windows 10: transferring files between user accounts

How can I transfer my files apps and files in my administrator account to the local account i use now? i have tried to copy the account but i cant because that account is an administrator account and it can't be copied to any user account. help me to solve this problem.

If it is a Microsoft user account the same settings will synchronize to the new user account.

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Thank you for your response. If you've created a new profile and you have admin privileges, try these steps on how to transfer files from one user to another and see if it will work for you:

• Open File Explorer and go to C:\Users.
• Look for the account you want to copy the files from.
• Select the folders/files you want to copy, right-click on it and select Copy.
  
• Go to the new user account folder and paste the folders/files you copied.
• Repeat the steps if needed.
