  1. Transparent Windows Start Menu and Taskbar

    Hello.

How do I enable complete taskbar and start menu in Windows 10? I tried the translucentTB thing but it doesn't have a feature that enables full transparency for the start menu. I also tried several methods from YouTube, but that doesn't work for me. Is there any registry tweaks? Thx.

    :)

    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?

  3. No transparency in start menu

I'm using Windows 10 Pro & I've updated to the latest version i.e.
1803 version. Before the update also I was having a non-transparent
Start Menu, even after selecting the Transparency Effects option (
Settings > Personalisation > Colours > Transparency Effects ), and I thought it to be a bug & waited for the next update. But now, even after updating to version 1803 also it was not solved. The taskbar's transparency is working fine, but the Start
    Menu
is always opaque (except Full Screen mode). So, if there's any way to solve it, please say...

Transparent Windows Start Menu and Taskbar

Personalization Settings for Colors for "make Start, taskbar and action center transparent" is not listed

    I'm a tad confused. :/

I have Windows 10 installed on a PC at work and two PCs at home (Home and Professional).

But on my home PC the Personalization Settings for Colors for "make Start, taskbar and action center transparent" is not listed, but "Transparency effects" is listed and On; however this doesn't result in to the same
Transparency of the Start, taskbar and action center screens.

Why are the Settings options different or configured and listed differently on PCs running with same version of Windows?

    How many variations are there?

Where is the definitive help (when "Find a setting" shows options that are not available in reality).

    Thanks
