Windows 10: Trapped in S mode

I tried to disable S mode to install the programs I need, but the windows store page for disabling S mode is blank. I have already tried clearing the cache for the Microsoft store and resetting my pc but to no avail. Does anyone have a solution for this so I can actually use my new computer?
