Windows 10: Trojan virus on mac outlook

Please help me get rid of this Trojan virus:

/private/var/folders/3h/g974qrg16hs1_jmpjznt_tl00000gn/T/com.microsoft.Outlook/Outlook Temp/kclB-1255179497[jbYZ] JS/TrojanDownloader.Iframe.NKE trojan

It was detected by my ESET antivirus 2 days ago and keeps removing and deleting it every 2 min. The last part kclB-1255179497[jbYZ] keeps changing with every detection. Will it help to uninstall Microsoft Outlook?

New Trojan that Demands a Ransom

There is a new virus out there discovered by virus hunters known as "Cryzip". The Trojan encrypts your files and then demands a $300 ransom for the decryption password to get your files back. After encrypting the files, the virus leaves a nice step-by-step guide of how to go about paying the ransom off. It's supposedly spread through email Spam, and has successfully evaded anti-virus scanners.
