Windows 10: Trouble activating Turbo Tax Software

The latest upgrades have caused Turbo Tax to stop fully loading. It appears that all consumers are having the same problems since the latest upgrade to 21H21. Does anyone have a fix? Some have overcome this by 100% scaling and lower resolution but it hasn't helped me at all. People who have bought new computers boith laptops and desktops are complaining that Microsoft is the culprit. Any help?

Method 2:

If the issue persists, you may have to uninstall and re-install the
turbo tax 2015. Check if it helps.

To uninstall the software follow these steps:

  Start Button and click on Programs and Features.

  turbo tax 2015 and click on Uninstall.
  

Note: Make sure you have the installation media for
turbo tax 2015 before uninstalling it.

Problem with turbo tax

I am trying to run Turbo Tax 2018 but it keeps crashing when saving the file. Spent an hour on the phone with Turbo Tax and they have suggested that this could be a Windows problem. Any thoughts?
