    Unable to connect to Google servers

    There are cases that web content are blocked due to proxy server settings. We suggest that you remove the check mark on the the proxy server box, follow the steps below:

    • Type Internet Options in the Ask me anything bar.
    • Click on Connections tab.
    • Click on LAN settings.
    • Remove check in Proxy server box.
    Once done, access your Google apps and check if issue persist.

    Hi Pam,

    Thanks for contributing to our forum.

    What do you mean exactly with "my server"?

    Which kind of server does the phone have trouble to connect to? Is it a private mail server?

    The fact that you can connect from a WiFi network but not from a 3G data connection would suggest a connection or a server settings issue .
