Windows 10: Trouble downloading Program keep getting IPersistfile::SaveFailed; code 0x80070002

I am trying to download FTR program after completing some Windows updates and I am getting this every time I try to run the install on the FTR program,( IPersistfile::SaveFailed; code 0x80070002). By appearances the install was done because the icon shows up in my program list, and on my app list, but it wont actually open and run.


I had it previously on my computer, but after the updates it wasn't working, so I uninstalled it to do a re install, but now it wont work.


Help! I need this program for work. Not sure I selected the right topics for this, but not sure what else to do at this point.

after I installed a game in the finalization phase suddenly appeared a post

"IPersistfile :: SaveFailed; code 0x80070002. The system can not find the file specified"

I do not know the purpose of the writing, and at the same time suddenly appeared a notice from Windows Security Center like the picture above

then i try his game and it runs smoothly. but I just realized that the game does not save all my game progress during the game play.

I do not know how to fix it. does anyone know how to fix it?
