Windows 10: Trouble Installing games through Xbox game pass; access denied even with administrator...

I have had many different errors in my time with the lovely Xbox app but the one that seems to persist the most is the error code when I try to install a specific game: 0x80070005I have looked through many different forms and know that it has to do with permissions.A lot of sources say to paste this command into PowerShell in order to reinstall the gaming services app: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices remove-AppxPackage -allusersHowever, when I do that it returns with E_ACCESSDENIED. Even if I can't get the xbox installation to work. In this post, I want to know why I am getting a

Hi Ashenath,

If you can’t install Game Pass Games on your PC, follow these suggestions:

Check if you have the right Game Pass

Clear Cache of Xbox Game Pass App

Update to the latest Windows 10 version,viz v1903

Admin privileges for Games

Give Admin privileges for Games

Check Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Repair Game if it keeps crashing or doesn’t work

Cannot Sign in to Xbox Live
