Windows 10: Trouble Reactivating Windows 10 after Hardware Change

I recently had something happen to my computer and ended up having to install a new motherboard. After the installation of the new motherboard, I went to reactivate my Windows 10 Pro. When I went to settings>activation>troubleshoot I clicked on "I changed hardware on this device recently" I selected the device to reactivate and I get an error "We cant reactivate windows on this device". After trying it several times I went to my microsoft account page and deleted the "old" device and tried reactivating the software again. Now when I run the activation troubleshooter it tells me "We found a Windows 10 Home digital license for this device running Windows 10 Pro, you need to install Windows 10 Home." which has never happened before. And I've run an activated version of Windows 10 Pro for over 3 years now (And have had to reactivate it in the past without any issues). And if I scroll down the activation page and look under "Activate Windows Now" I see the following message:

I buy this desktop Lenovo S500 bundling with the Windows 10 Pro 64bit, and after several month this computer had some trouble.

And the Lenovo service center change the motherboard & processor.
