Trouble removing Microsoft account on new PC - Windows 10

    Hello,

I recently bought a new PC and when setting it up connected to WiFi so it made me finish the set up using my Microsoft account. I prefer to use a local account as I have several PCs and they're all used for different things so I don't want them syncing settings or data.

I managed to set up my local account afterwards and then removed my Microsoft account once I was finished.

Several times now Windows has logged me out whilst I've been actively using it and upon logging in I get a message in the notification centre that there's an issue with my account and when I go back to the Email & account pages my Microsoft account has reappeared despite me removing it.

How can I stop this happening? It's interrupting my work and losing my data when it logs me out. This is happening several times a day. I've tried just leaving my Microsoft account on there but the same thing happens and I'd rather not have to reinstall Windows just to fix this issue.

    Thanks in advance.

    :)

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
