Windows 10: Trouble updating windows 10 0x80070422

Hello, I having trouble updating my computer and I found out what my issue is but I don't know how to fix it. The issue is that my updater is disabled and i don't have any access to enable it or set to Manual. is there any way i can fix this so i can update my computer and my applications. :

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
