So I've been getting these pop up ads at random. When I'm surfing on mozilla, when I'm just cruising around my desktop moving files or doing drive modifications or what ever else. I understand when surfing the net but when I'm just on my desktop with no browsers open? Also when I'm in my game clients or even playing a game! I've had pop ups show up when playing Starcraft Remastered, when playing StarCraft II and also playing StarTrek Online! Also when playing around with my Logitech Gaming Software app. When i'm just in my Blizzard client, steam client or Arc client? Anyone ever get this? I found another file that was also in my apps and programs that i couldn't uninstall but I was able to get rid of that with a malware program and that did happen to be a adware file so that may have fixed my problem. Now I'm just trying to figure out what this CDNetStreamer is! Also came up as qqCDNetstreamer2.r05 when trying to uninstall it! It cant find the exe. file to uninstall it so I did a search through my entire PC all drives and found a file that fit the description! After doing the malware program for the other adware file, when i search for the file again it is no longer there but the app still shows in my programs list! If anyone has any idea what it is or how to get rid of it, it would be much appreciated! It may not be causing any issues as I have not had any pop ups in a while but if your even a little computer savy like me (and I mean a little cause I don't know as much as I would like) then you know having an app or file on your computer that you don't know what its for or where it came from and worse, that you cant seem to get rid of is a little annoying!!! So if anyone can help!!!! Please HELP!!!!

    :)

Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hello Adam,

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it. Trouble with App removal CDNetstreamer2.r05? Anyone heard of it? :)

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

    • Open powershell as administrator
    • Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
    • Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
      Code:
      net user test /del

Best way to remove problem Malware

    Hi There,

I am trying to remove a bundle of Malware without success.

There is a bundle of listed programs which I try to uninstall through the typical Control Panel effort, but they remain listed there:

    Buenosearch Toolbar
    MyPC Backup
    PC Performer
    Speed Test 127
    UnknownFile

I was looking at this weblink which provides a 5 step process for Buenosearch alone:
    http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-bueno-search/

Not sure how much certain guides can be trusted. One of the first things I read was to download Revo Uninstaller, and I've not heard of it so I'm not sure if it's trustworthy..........
