    Trouble with Bluetooth headset


    I got JBL Tune500BT headset. I could connect to my laptop via BT but it is disconnected moment it is few centimeters away from my laptop.

    Even of connected there’s lots of stuttering in audio. I am literally sitting next to my laptop. Not even a meter far.

    I tried connecting to my iPhone and it works fine.

    How can i get it working with my windows 10 laptop?

    BT drivers are up to date. (2020-10-28). Tried rolling back yet same issue.

    Anyone knows any trick to get it working?

    I am currently in the market for a set a bluetooth headset. I noticed this and was rather interested, I love the design, and I love the price, is their anyone out there, who can provide info on these or another set of headphones, or bluetooth headsets in general. Thanks in advance.

    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?
