    okay I am having an issue....... my icons on the home screen desktop are huge and I cannot get them back to normal size. ive tried everything its weird. please let me know if there is anything I can do. It would be greatly appreciated

    Desk top Icons

    After the last update I noticed that my desk top icons changed locations. I've tried all the suggested fixes and rearranged them three times but every time I boot up, the icons have changed locations . I went as far as to have Geek Squad try to fix the
    problem. They tried for an hour and suggested that I contact you. Went do you plan to issue a fix for this bug???

    I am having trouble saving a file to my desk top.

    I am having trouble saving files to my desk top. Example, I have a spreadsheet ready, file , save as and Desk top is not listed as a choice to save it. My Documents... not there. Where do I go to save the file to my desk top? Desk top is not in my Documents
