  1. troubles after recent update week of 11/26/18

Recently did an update on my computer and now I can't access my search, my start menu, when I'm in email I can't open them up to see full email, documents won't let me save or change, etc. When I click on any of these things it just flashes for a second but won't open up. Did a scan to check for viruses and nothing showed up. What can I do to fix this?

    :)

  2. After the recent May '18 update I'm having trouble using the Reply button on Craigslist

Guessing this recent update changed my access to certain cookies + sites. I need the steps to

change this back again. The site I'm having trouble in is Craigslist where I now can't access the reply button on any ad; I get

a popup saying "sorry, something went wrong". Do I change something under TOOLS or where?

Please help me with the steps I need to change, thanks

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
