Windows 10: Troubles with activation

Hello,


I recently changed my CPU and my motherboard power supply took out my motherboard unfortunately and since I changed hardware I am having a hard time reactivating windows. I have tried to follow the windows settings in order to activate, receiving error code: 0xC0EA0003 to which I choose the troubleshoot option. After choosing troubleshoot I am asked to either purchase windows again, or if my device has recently changed hardware. After choosing that my device has changed hardware, another window pops up that I assume is attempting to activate windows. After about 10 seconds, I receive an error stating:


Unable to activate Windows

We can't reactive Windows as our servers aren't available right now. Wait for a few minutes or try adding your Microsoft account again.


After doing this for about an hour, I decided to select the Get help option in the windows activation settings. Once there, I am prompted in a chat room to try the troubleshoot option, to which I know will not resolve my error. Once continuing, I am asked if I have a windows key. I select No, because I digitally upgraded to windows 10 and have no key as it's attached to my account. After that, the chat room bot says I will be connected to someone and asks me to sign in. After selecting sign in, I tells me I have two choices: 1. Wait for a call back. 2. Ask the community. The community will be unable to assist me with this error, so I select "Wait for a call back". I get a bar that says: "Talk to a person" that has a progress spinner inside it for a bit. After about a minute or 2, I receive an error. An unsatisfied face comes up on the screen, followed by:


An Error occured

Please try your request again later

This error continues to occur. I am trying to play games on my PC, and it's very distracting to have a Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows.

Message at the bottom right of my screen no matter the application I have open. I have already payed for windows and would like to have this resolved but as I can't reach a person through the UI due to error CV:5glaOn6rlkaK2CceuHA1Gg.0.57, I have come here to see if there is someone I can speak to.

Windows 10 fails to update


When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
