Windows 10: Troubleshooter keeps popping up when playing music

This happens when I listen to music using the Windows Music Player and the player scans these songs from the file library. It came up every 10 minutes after I canceled the troubleshooter, and I keep canceling it. If I scan the troubleshooter, it removes album images from the songs. Most of these songs scanned have replacement UTF-8 characters, the ones with a diamond and a question mark in the middle.

• Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
• Are you able to play music files which are stored in the computer?
• Did you try copying the music files from CD to computer to check if you are able to play the files in that way?

• What do you want to achieve? To continue play the music even if the screen display turns off or For the music to stop together with monitor turning off?
