    troubleshooting is not working in win 10 laptop


    Trouble shooting does not start when trying to resolve wifi or other issues in the laptop, when troubleshoot is clicked it shows an error message.

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    Troubleshooting a Laptop

    A friend recently dropped off an HP EliteBook 8530p Laptop for me to work on, but it won't power on at all even with the brick plugged into a wall outlet. Even tried it with it only plugged into the brick with the battery removed. I'd really appreciate it if someone with some knowledge with laptops help me troubleshoot it and see if it could be easily fixed or not.
