Windows 10: Troubleshooting windows 11 "Please wait"

Good afternoon,When I turn my computer on the first thing I see is a "please wait" and loading circle. After I wait it eventually brings me to my lock screen but when I click to sign in it's blurry and does not allow me to sign in. I've already tried to do the advanced troubleshooting and reseting the computer and it still does not work. Please help me fix. Thank you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
