    Search for the Camera app and when found, click the icon to open the app.



    Next, select the Settings cog visible at the top-right corner from the main screen of the app that appears.



    When done, scroll down to locate “Related Settings” option, and choose “Change where photos and videos are saved” option from there.



    When prompted with the message ‘did you mean to switch the app? Click ‘Yes’ button to confirm the action.



    Now, click on the drop-down menu of the option reading “New photos and videos will be saved to” and change the position of saving your picture and video from default C: drive to SD card or alternatively USB flash drive, if available.



    Finally, hit ‘Apply’ button to allow changes to be saved.



    2] Type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries in Explorer address bar and hit Enter.



    Right-click on Camera Roll



    Select Properties

    • Are you referring to Office Outlook (Mail client version)/ Mail app/ Windows Live Mail?
    • What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?

    If you are referring to Windows Mail app, let us try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to check if there are any updates for Mail app in Windows Store. If found try to update the app.

    Step 2: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter,
    troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

    Unable to Save Favorites in Maps app

    Hi Ali,

    To assist you better help us with the information below.

    Computer

    • What is the make and model of your Computer?
    • Have you installed all the pending updates on your computer?
    • Which Windows 10 build is installed on the computer?
    • What happens when you try to save the favorites?
    • Do you get any error message or code?

    At first you have to sign in using a Microsoft account, if you have not logged the saved favorite’s will be not be visible next time when you open Map app.Also make sure Date, Time and Region are
    set correctly.

    Suggest you to follow below steps to save your favorite location on you Maps app on your computer.

    • Open Map App, Search for the location.
    • On the left pane Click on the Star Icon to save your favorite place.


    If you are still unable to save favorites on your computer follow the below methods.

    Method 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store apps troubleshooter from the below Microsoft Help Article and check if it helps.
