    Trying in vain to update from 1809 to 1903. 0xC1900101 - 0x2000C The installation failed...


    The lion's share of online solutions have failed. I'm at my wits' end. Please help!


    Win 10 Pro

    i7-6700

    GTX 1080

    16GB RAM

    Plenty of HD space


    Things I've already done:


    Drivers all updated

    Device manager issue free

    Peripherals unplugged

    Deleted Software Distribution Folder

    Windows Update Troubleshooter ran without issue

    Disabled/Enabled App Readiness

    Disabled/Enabled Automatic Updates

    CCleaner to clean Registry

    Disabled any and all firewalls and 3rd party virus/malware software

    Tried updating from ISO created with the Media Creation Tool

    I have spent more than 8 hours trying to update to Window 19 Version 1903, including doing what you suggested, without success.

    The error message I got was:

    0xc1900101 - 0xc4000D

    The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.
